Upon SPLUMA approval, beaconing of these sites and lodgement of the general plan to the office of the Surveyor General for approval.
- Mpumalanga Housing Projects for eThekwini Municipality – Detail Survey, Reservation of designations at the office of the Surveyor General, preparation of draft sub divisional/consolidated diagrams, Land Legal reports and assisting town planners for SPLUMA submission. Once the town planning is complete, we will phase the town planning layout in batches of 300 erven, reserve designations at the office of the Surveyor General, prepare draft sub-divisional/consolidated SPLUMA diagrams and assist the Town Planning with the SPLUMA submission. - Isimahle Rural Housing Project comprising 1000 sites for eThekwini Municipality. Meeting with the tribal council, Inkosi and Nduna’s. Taking GPS coordinates at each household and recording details of beneficiaries. Collating same on a spreadsheet and GIS shape files.
- Detail strip survey of approximately 20km for Ganalaagte Road in the NW Province.
- Detail Survey for a Housing Development called Snathing in Edendale, Pietermaritzburg for Msunduzi Municipality. - Collating and detailed reporting on 5000 housing units in Welbedagt for eThekwini Municipality. Our tasks was to confirm if previous approved Conditions of Establishments (COE’s) and approved town planning layouts are in line with reserved designations at the office of the Surveyor General. We had to also verify the underlying sites comprising this township. We had numerous consultations with the client, office of the Surveyor General, previously appointed Town Planners and eThekwini Municipality town planning department (called PSH – Public Sector Housing)
